Development of Double Channel Transformer Voiceprint Detection System Based on MEMS Digital Silicon Microphone

Abstract Aiming for on-line monitoring of typical mechanical faults transformer, a two-channel MEMS digital silicon wheat voice print detection system is developed, which consists two channel array, the host sound acquisition and upper computer software with function displaying real-time waveform spectrum analysis. The device can operate reliably in complex environments by adjusting array spacing, improving power quality, network protocol. Further, different test were built to resolution performance equipment center frequency source at distances angles source. results show that realize distance Angle, still has good case environmental noise. At same time, strong stability, adaptability, easy installation non-contact characteristics, be used diagnosis transformer faults.
